I'm planning on getting my first laptop computer, but I don't know anything about them. However, I've always been very happy with any Sony product that I've owned so my friend suggested a Sony Vaio laptop computer. I don't want to blow the bank on this and I always thought that the Sony Vaio laptop computers were high end in performance and price. How is the Sony Vaio as far a getting what you pay for. Is it strictly a high end, performance laptop computer or is it more of a consumer model?
Vaios originally were Sony’s top end laptop computer, but they’ve expanded the line to capture more market share and to capitalize of the brand. Take a look at BestBuy and you’ll see that they are priced all over the place. Don’t get me wrong, because I love Sony products. But consider looking at some of the other brands while you’re in the store and shop for value. Try to grab a laptop that’s on sale and get a replacement laptop battery while you’re there.
I think that eBay is the best place for laptop computers if you don’t need to see it in person. It’s also a great place to get replacement laptop batteries. I just got a new $900 laptop computer on eBay for $550 and that’s a similar savings as I got last time I got one.
