Lately my laptop computer does not run on its battery power and I was trying to determining whether it was a problem with the battery or with the computer itself. When I press the button that is actually on the battery, it indicates either a 25% or 75% charge and that just doesn't make any sense to me. Does anybody know if this is a problem with the battery or with the laptop computer?

There a a few reasons why you may be experiencing this. You could have a laptop computer that uses two batteries. You may have a battery that is bad. Or maybe there is something wrong with your battery charger or the laptop’s power supply. It could also be a number of other things, but these are the first that come to mind from the information that you’ve provided.
